Any topics that should be raised for the new owners to sort out.
Heres 2 just to get started.

1: About time the club n council sorted all the pot holes out along side the millhouse side entrance to ground. The new owners and council are supposed to have a good relationship so should be no problems there. Will cost less than a grand to sort out.

2: Only use the DATABASE when there is the potential for a 1000 away fans to turn up.
A meaningless operation that only slows things down for fans and ticket office staff.
Dont use it to sell away tickets.

3: Sort the PA out especially in the Town End.

4: I went for some chips on Tuesday night, it was ridiculous! The worlds smallest fryer they only got 3 portions out of it then had to wait 5 minutes before the next one came out. I know it's only chips but, come on!

5: Try and ensure the club shop is open when the ticket office is, especially at premium ticket selling times.

Yep, an easy start would be filling in the Mill House pot holes - the one next to the 'skate park end' turnstiles was so deep on Tuesday I wish I'd brought my waders.

And for the start of next season at the very latest - let's have some SEATS in the Mill House as opposed to glorified benches. I'm sure any reasonable definition of a seat involves some lumbar support. Come on Gary, you're in breach the Trade Descriptions Act, you must have noticed when you took a tour of the ground before buying?

PA in the town end needs to be sorted as well, i'm really keen to find out who sponsored each blade of grass every time a goal is scored!

It would take more than £1000 to sort imo.

Yes you pay the same money to sit on a piece of plastic in the Millhouse as you do for a backrest in the Cyril Knowles. I don't think it's a quick fix due to spacing of the concrete steps in the Millhouse,to revamp would cost a few quid and probably at the expense of losing a few rows of seats. I used to sit in the Cyril Knowles but found the viewing position in the Millhouse better plus you didn't get the sun shining in you eyes.

Pull the seats out have a massive standing area which would be partly under cover which would be good for atmosphere. People want to sit have to go in the newly planned rink end. Backrest problem solved.

Concurring. Even Sussex's mob would charge more than that.

16 to 18 year olds only qualify for consession prices at league games if they buy in advance from ticket office.
Otberwise £20 and £18 at the turnstiles.
Could only happen at Pools
The reduced pay on the gate prices should be the same for all age groups.
Do they honestly expect a Youth to pay £20 to watch league two football!

I appreciate that the ticket office is a very busy department but please could someone in there to answer the telephone for us fans that live out of the town that struggle to get to the ticket office due to the distance we live away. I live 40 miles away so it would mean an 80 mile round trip to get a ticket and try to fit that while working which is not a easy thing to do.

Take the York game for instance I must have tried to ring the ticket off at least 20 times in the week (over 4 days) leading up to the game to get tickets but no one answer the phone so it was just as well there were tickets on the gate on the day but if it had of sold out before the day I would have missed the game.

Don't know how much it would cost but surely it is only a matter of time before we are able to go online and print our own tickets just like the airlines do.

Pete, the ticket office option is a dead extension, no one ever answers it. The best the to do is choose option 9 for admin and they will transfer your call.

'we own the club'

Says a bloke who's never been to Darlo 1883 game in his life. If he owns the club then so do all of us seen we've contributed just a much the club, which is in the region of the square root of fuck all.

He does a good job of it to be fair, the amount of bites he gets.

Although I'm convinced it's a Poolie in Darlo drag.
