How can you afford that the speed you drive you'll only do about 4 passengers a day.

Currently in Durham City and it's hoying down. Plenty of lightning too, right overhead.

Let's hope Ronnie hasn't got the lads out on a cross-country run - barbequed player is never a good start to a pre-season.

I went to play and started a game and the little star rating for game speed was half a star. Needless to say I didn't bother

I thought this might have been another Operation Yewtree thread, quite pertinent given that it's Wimbledon fortnight.

Been there and done that in 94 when it was about 8p a pint and 18p a vodka and coke (you told the Barman 'when' as he poured the vodka into a large glass)!!!! :-D (I'm sure there's a Barman still pouring and waiting for me to say when)!!!!

Then Golden Sands in about 1999....(Mr.Casual)????....to watch England v Bulgaria at Cricket*!!!! Prices a bit dearer (2 bob) but this time there was an added twist....in a certain Bar I WAS THAT BARMAN!!!!
Probably THE BEST Holiday I've ever had and ever will....even if I live to the ripe old age of 58/59ish!!!!

Wouldn't go now....too commercial....the new Turkey!!!! confised

*On the day of the game and after less than 26 minutes sleep in 4 days I was adamant that all us English were there to watch England v Bulgaria at Cricket!!!! No amount of scorn and laughter....and at times pity....would convince me otherwise!!!!
Upon entering the 'Cricket' Ground in Sofia after parting with a few Levs (about 3 Snodgers) I was a bit suprised that the England Select Commitee had chosen a mostly untried 11 in this vital top of the table clash Ashes 4th Day against a strong Austrailian team from Bulgaria!!!!

The 'Mostly' untried 11 included the following 11....

David Seaman (Tashshire)
Phyils Neville (Bury)
Michael Gray (Wearside Under 9's)
Johnathan Woodgate (Injuredshire)
Gareth Southgate (Leatherhead Inter City 125)
Sol Campbell (Cousin but only by Marriage Judas Iscariot Grassing Whingers)
Jamie Redknapp (Bootle Ladies)
David Batty (Googly)
Alan Shearer (Silly Mid Off)
Teddy Sheringham (One For The Ladies)
Robert Fowler (Nephew of John Craven aka John Craven's Newsround)

*Ray Parlour (Bouncer from Neighbours)
*Emile Heskey (Willie from Eastenders)

So no suprises for me apart from 1 glaring error....Willie from Eastenders should have been on 1st base from the start!!!!
And I was proved right....after only 2 minutes Ethel collapased in the sub zero temperatures and squashed Willie who had breathing difficulties due to the unusal high temperatures!!!! Experts and Local Historians have looked at the footage and are positive that both Ethel and Willie would have survived if they hadn't been repeatedly stabbed by local idiot and knive owner Sergi Gggrrrr Gggrrrr attacked Ethel and Willie as they both lay helpless on top of one another with a jungle of legs and Willie on top!!!!
A local living witness that wasn't there had this to say to local TV News Channel 'Dich Nish der Weather'....'Brrrrrr Clipity Clop'!!!! Locals were horrified!!!!
But within minutes the local living witness was later found to have died 3 years previously in a Rabbit Hutch!!!! Locals were jubilant!!!!
Local Private Investigator Lady Veruucha Ricket Puss Puss tracked down other witness's who weren't there and demanded answers. She was repeatedly told to Pisk Off....after 2 weeks she pisked off back home!!!!
Vagina Titcock the Editor In Chief of Bulagria's No.1 Morning Paper....'Voman's Realmski'....said Ethel & Willie would most probably and quite certainly be alive today if the senseless stabbing had not coincided with the Bulgarian equivalent of the St.Johns Ambulance....the St.Johns Ambulance....First Aid At Work Refresher Course which was being held at the Local Leisure Centre 'Splashtitclit' at the same time and on the same day!!!! All former Warsaw Pact Member Countries (apart from Russia) have to ensure that all their citizens between the ages of 4 and 97 attend this course.
'It is compulsory that everyone attends' the local Twat of 'Splashtitclit' Mr. Hans Local Leisure Centre stated on the steps of the local Leisure Centre that was named after him....'Splashtitclit'!!!!
'It is unfortunate that 86 million First Aiders weren't on hand to offer the highest quailty of First Aider Care to Willie and Ethel' he sighed.
'I'm sure if even just one of the 86 million was available both Willie and Ethel would still be living a lovely life of girth and fondue but unfortunately for them an introduction to Manual Handling Level 16 was being presented by Tit-Thrush Radio Ga Ga at the time of the stabbing frenzy' Hans the Baths said with a shrug!!!!
'If only Willie and Ethel had waited till Thursday to be stabbed to death when the course was due to finish then none of this would have happened....we need answers and we need questions' he said but soon realised he had got it arse first but declined to correct himself!!!! He shuffled off the stage muttering 'Thursday....it should have been Thursday....or a week Tuesday'!!!!
The dejected figure of Hans Local Leisure Centre shuffled off and then hurried off into a waiting clutch of old men!!!!
The 86 Million who had stood and applauded in the Sportshall of SplashTitClit now realised had put into practice all they had learned....feck all!!!! :-D

Within 3 months 74 million members of 'SplashTitClit' had fucked their back up!!!! sadx
