Would a bit of Seaton Carew do? We could even stretch to a bit not covered with dog shite. As for the helicopter the best I can think of is snapping his legs on top of Roseberry Topping and calling for the air ambulance.

I doubt even Messi or Ronaldo would ask for such things as part of a contract. Gervinho was distinctly average at Arsenal.

I always ask for a helicopter and unlimited flights to Ivory Coast when negotiating a wage at a job interview.
