Would a bit of Seaton Carew do? We could even stretch to a bit not covered with dog shite. As for the helicopter the best I can think of is snapping his legs on top of Roseberry Topping and calling for the air ambulance.

I doubt even Messi or Ronaldo would ask for such things as part of a contract. Gervinho was distinctly average at Arsenal.

I always ask for a helicopter and unlimited flights to Ivory Coast when negotiating a wage at a job interview.

When you're a rent boy for billionaire African warlord, they're standard demands I suppose!

And now Peter Owens is inside there's no chance of someone in a 4x4 driving on your bit of sand whilst in a highly emotional frame of mind.

Introducing "Tired and emotional", because in parliament, nobody hears you scream "you're pissed as a fart!".

Fair play to him only reason he would go and play in Middle East is for the money so has his demand. He is only 28 and been good for Roma so maybe not ready to go for a pay day unless it's s ludicrous offer!
