My mate at work's son plays/played at their accadamy. Thats a shame for the footballing community of Torquay and Devon.
They did offer places at a private boarding school to the accadamy players, I don't know whether that cost the club much or how the scholarship worked but I bet running the youth set up like that wasn't cheap.

Funnily enough Yeovil have rang this kid up and said they are setting up an accadamy and he might get in there.

He may be training with Compton when Jack gates banished to training with the youths for a shity attitude.
