Mennear having a tough time telling it like it may be in today's Fail:

"Captain Scott Flinders’ future remains up in the air.

Flinders was not among the names on the club’s retained list and it is understood he has been offered reduced terms by the club.

No official announcement has yet been made but it is understood he will be leaving the League Two side."
