Hope its true and we have enough money left over for him. I was reading an interview he did with Scunthorpes local rag where he told them he was "delighted" to extend his stay with us. Which i found a little odd.

Clear though that Robins doesnt fancy him, go get him Ronnie!

Mirfin was certainly a steadying influence on our younger defenders - I'm not sure we would have survived without him last season.

Whether Ronnie thinks we could use the likes of Bates (or even Parnaby?) to fulfil this 'older head' role this coming season only he would know. Personally, I would be pleased to see Mirfin come here.
