Just got back in from Wycombe. Very comfortable win. We were so in control.

Special mention for Richie Humphries at the end you could see what promotion means to him & good on Garry Liddle who came over to shake hands with little kids.

When we signed Richie Barker I was not too sure and my doubts short term were misplaced. He led the line well and held it up brilliantly. My MoM & Boland was back to his best pulling the strings with short passes.

Well done Pools & lastly Danny Wilson could have gone OTT and been ecstatic, he quietly kept in the background leaving the players to take the plaudits. A true gent!

So I should like Sunderland for that, a bit like when we were at primary school and the kids used to say ' if you be my friend I'll be yours', sorry Ian, it doesn't work like that, I grew up in Peterlee surrounded by patronising Makems and Mags with their 'Big club' blinkered mentality.
They are all welcome to come and watch Pools anytime but I can do do without them patronising me and our 'little club'.
Passion is passion at any level, KEEP THE FAITH.

It was very warm down there wasn't it, and you're right, nice ground, nice people even the Bobbies and Stewards, a bit of a pity you couldn't get a pint at the ground 'cos apart from that it seemed a great set up despite being about 300 miles from the nearest pub, which was also very nice !

i am not saying you have to love him Dave just give him a cuddle when he comes back down
but i dont think in this case that Cris is a bragging muppet supporting a corporate club
he has always been supportive of pools just not made the jump that his mates have

No mate, that's Mr Kipling. Grumpy old bounder, but he does make exceedingly good cakes.

Easy mistake to make like.......
