Yeah I fancy a win

Pools 2 -1
Dan Jones & Franks

including 2 sending offs, 12 minutes injury time, a mass shortage of food (quote "we didn't expect this many here"), and the unleashing of Nelson Addy

A win - and an early Pools goal to settle nerves.

Losing to York away on a Grand National Saturday was unfortunately no surprise (got 9-1 on the winner of the last race, which softened the blow).

No excuses tonight lads - their manager talking about his players not letting the other sides in the relegation battle down, dead rubber for the Accies. Come on Pools!

If i was Pools id leave holiday brochures of nice warm destinations in the away dressing rooms and toilet cubicles etc

The fuckers should be thinking of that rather than giving 100% in the freezing cold here imo

Pools will dominate but fail to convert numerous chances. My brain will start to malfunction while I attempt to listen to Poolsplayer, watch the Madrid derby with the sound off and drink alarming quantities of red wine for my nerves. After 83 minutes Harrison will bundle one in from the middle of a scramble in the six yard box following a corner. The celebrations will barely have subsided before Franks adds another. The Great Escape will play while I try to get a massive goal related wine stain off the sofa. It won't come out but I won't give a fook.

The team does need a shake. I would drop Frank's for Fenwick and maybe Walker for Nelson Addy.

Huge game, anyone know where I can listen to full commentary apart from pools player?

I fancy us 2-0 fenwick with a brace (should he start)

You can download an app from apple, just under a £1 of all the DAB radio stations but Tees isn't listed when you do, also depends where you are as you cant listen to the commentary on the net if you are not in the UK.
All you hear is some thing like due to broadcasting restrictions etc

You can only get pools commentary on a dab radio when boro are on fm.
Otherwise poolsworld.

All of the apps like tunein etc. use the web based variant of the station and not DAB. If you update your FLi app on your phone it's pretty decent these days. Accrington's commentary will link into a local radio station and is usually a lot more reliable.

Just looked at that mate, I don't actually have a log in for pools player, the old one still works for me from my iPhone subscription so will have to use that. Unless anyone has a log in they don't mind me using for one night!!!

I have honestly never seen a pools side so dreadful all over the pitch. Even the defence is shockingly bad. All over the place. Accrington are far an away better than us

We are fucking awful, worst first half I've seen in a long time.

Its not just the incompetence of them all but there isn't really much effort either. Accrington are playing like it matters. We aren't. Fuck the twats

Far be it from me to point out a positive but Cheltenham are only drawing after throwing away a lead. Tranmere are getting beat and the most important part; Carlisle are almost clear of danger.

Will Carlisle really want to knock a long standing neighbour out of the league on the final day?
