Truly bizarre - funny thing is, when the original penalty was taken, they weren't actually encroaching anyway!

Yeah. Thing is the Norweigen players are arguing as soon as she disallows it? Generally you would be happy that your keeper has another chance to save it??

Can only think they are stating that she doesnt get to try the penalty again and it sways the refs mind?

The referee surely will never get another game? Whenever has a penalty simply been disallowed for encroachment? Always a retake.
