Just reduce the ticket prices for the last two home games now?

Surely rather than have to refund people just reduce them now to save the hassle. It's as if they want the ticket office to be chaos! That's presuming they are going to do the offer but it would be absolute madness not to.

They have no common sense.

Exeter given the run they're on and the position they find themselves in will probably bring a good following especially if they announce that it's a £12 a ticket and start selling them now. It's a long way to come to decide you are the week of the game.

I know this might sound like common sense but why dont they have someone stood in the ticket office with a bundle of ten quid tickets and just sell them. Why is there a need to put it all down on computer at the time? Do it when the days over; just scrap this ridiculous database thing. I feel sorry for the woman sat in the office on her own with 100 people waiting to be served.

Utter shambles. Honestly it's the most basic thing to organise. FFS.

Just open the fooking turnstiles and sell them that way, its not rocket science.
