Calling all former 'thefootballforum' members.

We used to have a fair few Hartlepool fans on the old 'thefootballforum' website before it closed down, but I haven't seen any on the new forum (link below). Can't remember many names, Mad John I think was one, but that's all I remember. I presume that the word about the new forum never made it to Hartlepool, they managed to get news of the new forum to most of the old forum members via club forums but there are still a few gaps.

I honestly thought that the Hartlepool fans were just being really quiet, there being nothing worth posting about, but in the last few weeks it's become clear that actually they never signed up for the new forum.

MadJohn hasn't shown up on the new forum (yet), a few of the old regulars have now asked about him. Thanks though to all those Hartlepool fans who have joined up, in the last week the League Two forum has gone from no Hartlepool fans at all, to swarming with 'em. Quite funny because the Hartlepool v Mansfield thread passed the weekend with no input from Hartlepool fans, just the Mansfield fans commenting to each other, and now a load of Poolies have shown up to 'ruin' the thread for them.

It's not me running it, but yeah they probably do it happens infrequently enough to be genuinely annoying but frequently enough that they could do with sorting it. But the whole thing was put together in a bit of a hurry after the previous site was closed down with less than 24hrs notice so there are a few teething problems. Most noticeably the other week when the whole site when down and 24 hours of posts were lost.
