Oxford unbeaten for a while now. I'd take a point.

We need at least two teams to hit that kind of form though.

You cant give him the captains armband now as it would put too much pressure on him

You cant make Harrison captain. Think of the VAT.

It's intruiging, there are 5 teams now at the bottom on 37 points or less, if two others hit the buffers other than us it could get very interesting indeed

We got 10 games left in easily the worst 4th division ever.
Thats why the hope will remain 7 wins is not impossible.

Cheltenham have some tough games left. Like Tree says, even a point on Tuesday night might be a decent return if we can beat Mansfield at home.

Problem is we never seem able to put a run of results together.

But we have been here before. Yesterdays win was a surprise but not untypical of HUFC, to prove everyone wrong when we have written them off. Likewise if we got a result at Oxford Tuesday, then most would expect us to beat Mansfield, but would it not also be typical of HUFC to lose that one?.

There is always hope as long as those teams above us remain so poor, and then there is the two games at York and Carlisle, six pointers and games in the past HUFC can rise to the occasion and win, we are survival experts remember. For now though a win at Oxford is required

A win at oxford will probably reduce the gap to 4 pts seing as the 4 teams above us got hard games.
IOR might put a ticket offer on for next two home games.
Now i am getting carried away!

Yes, you are, now go and take a good hard look at yourself in the bathroom mirror, compose yourself, and come back here and apologise for taking drugs.

Watch the goal we conceded against Burton. That should make you realise we have no chance of survival.

Great idea KPG, If IOR have anything between their ears it is a no brainer, A point or even better 3 points at Oxford could add another 1,000 next Saturday.

Ior must be happy with the £million+ they made from transfers.
I thought they would of wanted more by way of gate recieipts seen how greedy they are and easy money .
Last five games tenner in = £50 grand.

A couple of good results, cheaper prices on the turnstiles could actually boost crowds hopefully. No PL games on Easter Monday so if IOR have any sense, its a free day for most and some will be looking for footie fix so why not gamble & reduce prices.

ok im no accountant, but the vast majority of our home support is season ticket holders, the gates rarely go up and down on a massive scale to suggest it is not.
i agree the leeches wont reduce the prices for fleecing the away supporters because they cannot attract any more home supporters for the price of entering or refusing to give any money whatsoever to ken, russ & IOR.
lets just say we have a posotive result at oxford (here's hoping)......reducing the prices of at least the next 2 home games will at least attract 500 more fans from the home support, which cancels out the 200 from the away support as it creates more money from food, merchandise, drinks etc. can they not see that? we have lost 2000 from the gate, lets say 1000 was band wagon support when we where doing well. but 500 will be refusing to pay £25 in while the other 500 will be refusing to give IOR the money
some may say that's only figures, not proven...... reduce it for 2 games then you will find out. we had bigger gates last time. ok it was xmas, but this is also easter weekend.

Actually it won,t cancel out the away fans they would be coming anyway plus they might bring even more with reduced prices, no brainer! sctatchinghead
