OK, I've got a season ticket....so it's costing me nowt... but going to Pools is like visiting a dear friend on their deathbed.... it's not a pleasant experience and the life support gear will be wheeled out and connected up shortly.... we're now at that stage.
Ok the patient sits up in bed now and then ( the odd win ) but their care in the last few years at the Maximum security twilight home can't have helped at all.
I'll decide about 2 o'clock...... should give me some time buy some grapes and a bottle of Lucozade.

I live in near York and when Pools win or draw the journey flys by, lately it feels like driving 1000 miles. Not today though, can't take the thought of watching people like Franks being a headless chicken or Harewood with his shooting power of a three year old girl, I truly hope they both prove me wrong today but not holding me breath.

I know I'm not looking forward to today. This is deadline day for me. If we win we have a chance. If not I accept that's it and will ditch the last bit of hope I have left.

Booked a hotel for Morecambe next week but I don't even know now off I will bother.

This is the culmination of several seasons of indifference. If ever there was an extended exercise in pissing off the fan base, then the past few seasons have been a masterclass in how to do it.

While it lasts...? The problem is it doesn't last, that's why we're in the shit we are.

Instead of cheering the team...try jeering the people who got us in this mess in the first place.
As for getting behind the team, you need a 'team' to get behind... we don't have team, just a bunch of contractors going through the motions... and not very good contractors at that ...!

Thank god I had a few drinks in Harrogate a nice meal and a stress free day. No time spent watching finished players like Redwood taking shots from the edge of the box that barely reach the keeper.
