What price would you get for him turning out for us next season?

To be fair if he's been watching our forward line he'd make a better target man up front than 'Deckchair'wood.

This wouldn't be the worst idea in the world. In a sad kind of way. Maybe like a last 10 minute throw everything forward resort

I was talking to a lad at work who grew up playing with Harrison and he was a striker then so maybe he could fill in!! Although saying that wasn't Graeme Lee too?

He told Murray that he thought he was finished before he started picking him earlier in the season and Murray was trying to convince him he could still do a job. I'd be amazed if he played again it would take a fair few injuries I reckon.

I'd imagine a few of the players who make it will play up front for schools/kids league due to them being much better than anyone else.

I remember playing against David Murphy and he spanked 7 of Brietons 8 goals past us playing upfront. Made his career as a left back.

I'm sure we won that game 1-0, I think Sweeney scored. We were in the terrace behind the goal. Nelson's forward play maybe made it feel like a defeat.

My memory was correct.

I hate looking at stuff like that now.

The days when we took over 300 to a paint pot away game, the days when I went to a paint pot away game and the days when we won away games sadx

Pfff. Well he most definitely wasn't a striker!

Misterb was literally raving after that game.

I'd love to find the thread where he was all over him.

Best striker we've seen in years he said.

Oh and i'd honestly go as far as saying Behan would walk into our team right now.

which just goes to show just how far we've fallen

Behan owes me a Pools shirt, the bastard. Sponsored his kit when I was editor of Monkey Business, and when I went to get the shirt at the end of the season the lass at Pools said he'd disappeared off to Ireland with all his Pools clobber.

So not only did he get our hopes up by being awesome at Oldham then turned out shit, he nicked a load of Pools gear too.

Serves me right for pronouncing his first name to rhyme with penis.

If Sean Gregan marked him every game on that nights form he'd not have ended up back in Ireland instead he'd be picking up his sixth ballon d'or.

Bjornssons performances as a striker made me shudder. And he was a striker.

Bjornnson had one great game I think at home to Millwall? One of their dirty centre backs really clattered him, Bjornnson got angry as fuck and was a totally different player.

Maybe not great anyway but certainly his best game.
