When the club gets rid of the losers has beens and injury proned garbage that we have had to endure all season is when I will purchase my season ticket no matter what league where in and not a moment before. I will not be fooled by ior this year and I will be expecting a large cull of players. If it doesn't happen you will lose another die hard fans season ticket money.

Same here. Few players that no doubt will get new contracts and if they do, I'll be nowhere near the vic, which pains me to say!

He played Morgan and Harewood because he had no other choice really, we didn't have a real forward option on the bench on Tuesday apart from young Smith and yesterday he said himself that he'd have taken them both off at half time had he had the bench to do so.

Bingham is a huge loss, if Russ and Ken have any ambition to help the club stay in the League they should test Mansfield with a cash bid signing permanently at the end of the season and on loan for the rest of this. Chances of that happening? Close to nil I'd say.

Ronnie Moore is doing an excellent job. He has his hands tied in a number of ways and is managing a club with little appeal for a number of reasons (I don't need to elaborate, you all know).

He has completely transformed the side in terms of effort, desire and belief. This does NOT of course make a crap player into Zico. He is not a miracle worker. What he HAS done is given me more hope than either Cooper or Murray ever did (although Murray really wasn't given much chance).

He has proven that he isn't a one trick pony tactically.

I hope he stays for the long term (as things stand currently) and I'd back him all the way to turn things around for us given the time and resources.

In Ronnie I trust.

Were second bottom when I took over the reins from your good self. My fantastic unbeaten spell in charge had to end some time.

I think I let sentiment take over yesterday, recalling an old stalwart whose best days are behind him. Alas the poor old duffer gave away 2 goals.

Don't worry, he will be back on the bench next week wont you ?

I think the problem is that if the 'old duffer' gets bypassed, there's no-one else prepared to die for the cause and do the dirty work.

He recieved the ball to feet about once in the time he was on I'm not sure how you could fairly make any judgement on him. We were getting completely dominated by the time he entered the action.

Given the resources at his disposal and lack of players willing to join a team bottom of the football league he is doing an excellent job.

Compare Ronnie's team to Cooper and Murray's. Same players there or thereabouts only more willing, more fight, more hardworking. He has put his own stamp on the side and you can't argue that there has been definite improvement.

Like I said, he can't make crap players into world beaters and yes, League Two is pretty poor but compare how things were before his arrival to now. Can you honestly tell me you don't have more hope now than at any other point this season? (I don't mean that literally because of course you will have less hope now than prior to the Stevenage game, I'm referring to pre-Moore and now)

Three wins in a row at home was unthinkable two months ago but like other managers recently he has made massive mistakes not going for it at Portsmouth and playing two big lumps up front in the last two home games. Can get away with it once you cant twice but i still believe he is the best man for the job but like a few have pointed out away results are now needed and I'm afraid Moore will be judged on turning away form round because its been nothing short of embarrasing this year.

Oh well back to the drawing board

No I didn't did I?

I just said that he doesn't have many options in terms of strikers and I think Bingham is a big miss as he was perfect to play a lone striker in a 4-3-3/4-5-1. I don't think Moore feels we can play that system with the strikers we have available and we don't also have Bates available who also has a role in that system.

The next 6 games are crucial but having 4 of them away from home is the stumbling block. We need a minimum of 3 wins from somewhere just to keep the season on life support.

When looking at other fixtures - Cheltenham play Mansfield, Tranmere and Carlisle in 3 of their next 4 fixtures. Oxford and Mansfield (both in shite form) play each other next. If we can somehow get within 3 or 4 points of 4 or 5 teams with 7 games left then I'd take that now.

As for Bingham - I can't see Mansfield agreeing to loaning him to us...

6 points off safety when he took over, now we are 7 off safety. #RonnieOut

Playing 442 with 2 target men is not a winning formula. In the long haul you won't be a successful side. You need 1 of the 2 to be buzzing around the other.

Moore thinks otherwise and he needs to learn quickly

EVERY single game is important to avoid relegation. We can't just keep saying "Saturday is a must win" Every game matters now, the next 15 games should be treat like cup finals.

Listen, it needs to be FRANKS AND FENWICK up top for the remainder of the season. Drop Harewood and Morgan, forget about the Wingers (they don't cross the ball or beat a man most games anyway...) and those two are our ONLY players who know where the net is. Its a no-brainer. Put em in there and stick with them.

Ronnie knows he has got to win the games as well as everyone else and if he doesn't play 2 strikers we all moan however the only real striker we have got is Fenwick cos the other 2 are pants. So for me look at the midfield Tish and woodsy prefer to play football going forward not defending so go 4 5 1 and play decent footy to score us the goals rather than just lumping it up top and hoping the useless @uckers might get a header.
Lets get behind ronnie he has given us hope for the time being at least and lets not forget it was Colin Cooper who @ucked our club.

It was the people who APPOINTED Colin Cooper who fucked our club. And the people who sacked John Hughes. Same people who didn't invest one penny into HUFC for five years because they'd spat their dummy out over not getting the ground. Same people who took 1.6 million out of the club in "Administrative Fees" (on the last accounts you could actually view in detail...)

The blame game starts at hodcroft n green the managers are just the scapegoats.
A serious lack of ambition n investment over a 4 to 5 year period has backfired big time.

I will have a season next year no matter what and i trust Ronnie won't take any crap from IOR. I think the only real danger is they do to him what they did when John Hughes stood up to them and wanted a high turnover of players and was sacked. In Ronnie I trust. The powers at be running the club bot so much

cooper has lumbered us with people like parnaby, harewood and bates etc on what I imagine are decent wages.

Also, he certainly wasn't exempt from playing his mates and our good run of form under him was mainly down to loan players who he had contacts with.

How dare he use his contacts to get us Williams who was the main reason behind the good run! Cooper out!

The fact that we haven't dropped completely off the pace yet is a miracle. We don't need to accept we are down at all - we need to fight till the death.

We can't keep getting beat away from home surely? We also have to score from a corner of set piece eventually, there's plenty of time to cry about relegation if or when it happens......

We haven,t scored from a corner or set piece since King Kong was a monkey! Nobody want,s Pools to stay up more than me but facts are facts! we are in a place of no return and need more than a miracle and Pools don,t do miracles.

I will still be at Bury on Saturday though praying for a win and other teams to help us out !

One thing that has riled me with Moore was the way after all our good home performances, he totally changed formation for and tactics for the next game, he went from 433 which served us fantastically when we had Bingham up top, to affording shit teams like pompey massive respect and going very defensive 352, Fukn awful. Now he seems to have forgot how well 433 served us and is sticking with this shit 442
