What did he say then? I forgot to get a programme. Can anyone take a photo of it and put it up here.

So have I got this right?. KH as chair/owner/main shareholder of IOR writes off the £13m of loans to HUFC whose chair/owner/main share holder is KH.
TMH2014 never ran the club or made any decisions during their 6 week involvement. In fact it was IOR that employed Moore and paid for the new players he has brought in.
The Football League have ok'd TMH2014 takeover, but with certain conditions that nobody knows what they are. However they are unacceptable to IOR/HUFC and the deal is off.
IOR/HUFC continue to look for new investors or owners.

So has KH pulled off a masterstroke by attracting a buyer, writing of the debt, getting a capable and experienced manager, backing him with money with players, which has made an improvement in results and called off the takeover?

Ultimately the club on and off the pitch is in a better position than it was in December.

Yes, and it's about time we had a stand named after him and statue of Russ outside the ticket office. Although, it's probably best we keep the statue in the centenary lounge so it isn't defaced.

Given he gets on so well with the Council I think a Freeman of the Borough of Hartlepool is in order. He'll be able to graze his sheep on the Town Moor. ;)

My reading of it was that the FL approved the takeover as long as TMH got rid of someone who was being lined up as one of the investors, as he had previous, so they wouldn't approve him. TMH then had to go away and replace him with someone else.

Then either because this set alarm bells ringing, or as TMH took too long find an alternative investor, KH pulled it.

Yes Chelsea's Chairman is squeaky clean thankfully, has never been to jail, and has never admitted to bribing government officials and to taking protection from known gangsters to acquire assets. Still they do top the Premiership, and will recieve shitloads of money from the new Sky deal.
