After listening to Ronnie on BBC Tees he was suggesting a selection delemma and possible changes at Pompey. I suspect he might go with the following. He said a couple of players could be disappointed. I trust in Ronnie regardless

Flinders

Harrison, Mirfin, Jones

Bates

Duckworth, Franks, Woods, Tsibola, Holden

Morgan

Dropping fenwick again would be shocking. Morgan has to earn a place in the time. Like fenwick has. Play well and keep the shirt that should be the message

Dropping a player whos scored 4 in 6 starts is lunacy given how much we struggle to score.

It's just that Ronnie said there could be a couple of disappointed players. In my humble opinion can only think that could be Fenwick/Jones - not that I agree with it.

Fenwick cannot be dropped otherwise confidence in Ronnie Moore will drop immensely. The lad has one of the best goal/games rations in the country. Naw, ronnie's not daft.

I think we will / should keep the shape we have done in recent games which has served us fairly well, 3-5-2 is an option now but why change for the sake of changing.

Based on that i would think jones will be replaced by Mirfin, for the experience Moore has craved.

I also think Morgan will be a straight swap in place for Bingham, that removes the pace we had up top but options are limited in that department at the moment.

And as this is my first post on the bunker i'll be awaiting the usual Bunker welcome!! clappp rolf

Welcome to the Bunker Werdner. You could well be right and I look forward to many more posts.Going by Moore's comments on Tees it sounds as though he is going to make at least one cange and you could well be right - Mirfs for Jones. If I was a betting person - and I am - I have a funny feeling he might leave Fenwick out aswell although I don't agree with this.

Ronnie has to make at least one change, as we no longer have Bingham, so Morgan will take his place & I guess that Mirfin will come in for Jones just because of his experience.

The team selection is the most obvious all season probably, young Jones will unluckilly but understandably make way for Mirfin and Morgan will replace Bingham. We finally seem to have found a formation that's suits us and finally the team looks half decent changing that would be mental. Last Saturday we looked like a football team.

Ronnie was talking about a couple of players being disappointed which would suggest that fenwick would be left out along with Jones although I'dalways have Fenwick in my team - fox in the box.

That's the best complement I've received for a long time PJ Poolie as I'd class myself as an older person.

It could be a straight swap Morgan in for Bingham and replace Austin with Jones giving us more height and pace down the left and that huge throw will come in handy too and

Don,t care who plays really long as we come back with something!

I think Ronnie had 3 5 2 in mind but I'm not sure our players are capable of pulling it off. i think Mirfin will be in for Jones and Morgan for Bingham. If he brings Fenwick off he needs a clip.

In the past Ronnie has said he would like to play 3 5 2 but didn't have the right players to do it i still don't think he has ...
cannot see him dropping Fenwick

Lol, stupid predictive nonsense. Mirfin not virgin (on tablet on train). Tight eastwards on east coast only get 15 free mins)
