I trust this bloke. I don't trust those behind the scenes but Ronnie Moore might just pull off this miracle.

old shite sayings wrote:
From maritime traditions, alluding to the identification of far-off ships by the shape of their sails, as in the Naval Chronicles (1805) “From the cut of her sails an enemy.” Used idiomatically of a person from early 19th century, attested 1824, possibly influenced by similarity of triangular jib sails to a person’s nose.[1]

Imagine if Moore had the backing that Turner did or Neale Cooper, we'd be in the Championship without breaking sweat.

Europa League at least. I guess that top four is a little out of reach. Or am I being negative?

When you look at it in the cold light of day....our last 4 Managers.... John Hughes 361 games in Management at 3 Scottish clubs before he came here, Colin Cooper 3 as caretaker at 2 clubs, Paul Murray no previous experience in Management, assistant at Oldham, Ronnie Moore over 800 games in Management with 3 clubs at this level and above.
If your team was involved in a relegation battle which 2 would you dismiss at the first interview stage?

"Europa League at least". The Council would need to sell the ground first

I'm delighted we have Ronnie Moore, probably one of the few guys around that can get us out of this mess.

If I was appointing a manager John Hughes would absolutely be my first choice and I'd shout it high and loud on the official Web site.
