Both of them were in lifestyle fitness last night around 7.30 getting signed up through the club. They were told they needed to get something from the ground to register.

Might be reading into things too much but, hopefully this means they're both here till the end of the season.

Hartlepool United have signed Reading midfielder Aaron Tshibola on a one-month loan deal and Mansfield striker Rakish Bingham on a season-long loan.

As for getting something from the club...ask the FA how easy that is!

I know Bingham is here till the end of the season, but there is apparently a clause saying he can be recalled after the first month.

That is true, I would hate to see Mansfield use their Recall Claw.

I think it also says a lot about the catering at the club that the players don't eat there too.

Seriously is that is probably one of Hordens most out of touch clueless digs ever at the club. I'd suggest that most if not all professional footballers use gyms outside of normal training and those who don't and only have the level of fitness gained from training probably look like Nathan Luscombe. They'll have set regimes to stick to when not at work to strengthen and condition core areas.

Where should they go, the pub?
