Sure that I saw something about the Reserves playing Blackpool in a friendly at Billingham today - anyone know anything about it?

It's heart warming to see the two worst ran clubs in the country forming a bond.

I'd imagine the communication is so bad between the two though that both sets of players will turn up at different venues at different times of a different day.

If I was a fan of either Blackpool or Billingham I'd be well amused to find Pools fans saying this. At least Blackpool know who their shit owner is.

I wasn't. I don't think Ronnie is running our club, the team yes but not the club.

You'd rather not know the Oystons were involved in your club!

George Reynolds compares favourably to them.

Very true but I still get a bit of a kettle calling the pot feeling when anybody who supports Pools laughs at another club just now. We might have been/are about to be/nearly were taken over by some dodgy gets who will run us into oblivion while paying themselves handsomely in the process. Are small time Oystons better than big time Oystons?

Of course we might be fine...

I don't think I was laughing at them and not us by suggesting we are the two worst ran clubs in the country.

Sorry PJ, you're right - I misread the opening post and thought you were laughing at them and Billingham not them and us. Pretty major misreading!
