Agree

They had 3 big lads centre defense.
And what does a big central defender want, What he does not want is someone
who will play off his shoulder and get behind him or will drop short receive, turn and run at him.
What he wants his someone who he can battle with.

Sounds like it was taking candy from a baby.

Still if we had took our chances could have been another tale.
Compton for heading practice, so i hear.

Granted I havent seen as much of Harewood as some, but what I have seen is, a slow cumbersome old bloke with the touch of a rapist, that causes less problems than a 6 month old baby asleep in a cot.

But hey, sometimes thats we what we need, no?

And it clearly worked to good effect on saturday.

Its all good.

Didn't work. I thought it was an idea that MIGHT have worked Away from home...but just like most "ideas" this season it failed.

To be fair I still support Ronnie's decision to play Marlon instead. In the first half it worked a treat in terms of some hold up play and creating chances. Admittedly he looked a bit sluggish but we still created plenty of chances and should have scored had it not been for saves, narrow misses in bad finishing. What cost us the game was poor defending in the second half, non of which was Marlon's fault. Yes he went missing when we started getting beat but it wasn't down to the change in the starting 11 and it was working until the defence failed so I still support the change.

I support Ronnie 100%. And if he is happy with 0-3 defeat then so am I.

If he is happy with Harewood being a bit sluggish, and having the turning circle of the statue of liberty then so am I.

If he never score and we never win with him in the team I am happy if Ronnie is happy.

Good point! Well done Ronnie and Russ. 0-3 is a hell of a lot better than getting beat 10-1 at Barrow in the 60's so improvements all the way!

Feckin hell Mr I, don't encourage the dullard - he can keep this laboured 'irony' up forever.

Spoken like someone who's never seen the Statue of Liberty pirouetting.
