Hello everyone.
I thought it was time to give you an update from inside the football club. As you all know we have new owners and they are mint. They love it here and they think I am doing a great job and are very happy with how things are going onfield. The run of depressing performances and defeats was halted on Saturday with a good performance and defeat, which I am sure you will all agree is a massive improvement and shows the team have turned the corner. We were very close to making four new signings but these fell through due to the excessive wage demands of the players involved. They all wanted £250 per week rather than the £200 we offered, which I am sure will agree is a ridiculous 25% increase which is just not on. This shows that the owners are willing to spend and spend big and proves all the doubters wrong. There is no way this club will be relegated with this ambition so you all need to relax and enjoy the ride. The loyalists amongst you need to help us root out the evil that has penetrated your message board and put the doubters in their place. This is your duty and will show your undying loyalty to the cause. Go out and destroy them.
