will only be my second game of the season and have really not been looking forward to going until today......but with at least 2 new faces (hopefully 4) all of a sudden I feel optimistic bbolt

I'll go for a sneaky 1 nil win with the new Mansfield lad to score and 119 Poolies

And they've just sold their best player.

To be fair, Wycombe were one of the better teams I've seen Pools play this season.

They do have a threadbare squad mind, could only name 4 subs when they drew with shrewsbury

They have quality rather than quantity clearly. Ainsworth was a great player, seems to be finding his feet in management after a tough time last season.
They have been a massive bogey side to us, think they have won the last 5 on the bounce against Pools, with some proper dickings handed out as well

I had a dream 2 nights ago that we beat them 3-1, Chris Beech scored a hat trick like but I've still had a daft quid on us at 66/1.

Hope bit comes off Joe

BTW I hope you didn't also punt on Beech scoring a hat trick. If you did, can I be your bookie from now on

Wycombe only looked good when austin put his penalty in church square. Then the usual heads went down.

Still reckon its a shite division easily the worst ever.
