Is Lanzoni, Schmeltz saying his goodbyes to him on Twitter. Hopefully more to follow.

Didn't think he really had a chance however hopefully is making way for a couple of decent centre halves coming in and to free up a loan.

Schmeltz is next i reckon, putting out youtube videos of himself to try n get a deal somewhere.

Very strange video on his website of him doing some jogging n warm up drills with some random black guy shouting inspirational stuff over the top of it.

Agree- team was dire before he/they came. Systematically dismantled and made worse over last 5 or 6 seasons

Thats more because the others are terrible than Lanzoni was any good. His decision making was poor at best and I can't imagine he'd go long without a suspension. There has to be better options out there even in our position.

Moore says 5 will go, I'd assume they will be

lanzoni
fetherstone
ironside
schmeltz
maxted

all on short term deals freeing up about 6pence in the budget.

Ideally you'd wanna get parnaby off the wage bill and possibly miller too if hes injured for months.

Compton - a loan deal down south till the end of the season would be ideal for all parties, he clearly doesnt wanna be up here n spends more time down south than he does at pools, maybe a loan to wrexham would be a good move? I actually think he's a canny player but its very well hidden under his little bitch attitude.

As for the rest, walker - give him a month off to decide whether he wants to be a footballer or the next luscombe, stick him back in the youth team when he comes back, holdens not up to it either.

We will struggle to shift any of the rest like bates n austin, no ones gunna wanna pick up bottom of the league defenders, and it would probably cost too much to terminate deals.

Best we can hope is phasing them out or integrating new lads in that make them up there game.

Bristol Rovers could be a good move for Compton.

Apologies PJ i wasnt sure what part of wales he was from.

Anywhere southern has got to be better than where he's at right now.

I'd also suggest some social media training for him too, whining that he doesnt get a proper christmas, that he cant wait to move back down south, going out shopping when he's supposed to be off sick with flu and how he's going out for lobster is not going to go down too well with the fans when your bottom of league 2 staring relegation slap bang in the face.

I was told earlier in the season by a good source that the two highest earners are Austin and Flinders.

Not that it really matters they are all under contract so they are only going to move in the highly unlikely scenario that somebody else wants them or the owners pay them off. The fact that this hasn't already happened with Parnaby worryingly suggests that he got a two year deal.

Harewoods contract was a strange one when he first signed, he had a deal in place where if he played 60 minutes in so many games he was automatically given another year.

I thought Maxted signed a contract till the end of the season at least. And why get rid of your only cover in that position.

regardless of length of Parnaby's contract and 1 day is a day to long, he'd have to agree to his contract being mutually cancelled and human nature says he won't do that. he's injured and out for at least the length of the rest of the season so why would he give up money. We'd have to pay it in full. No one is going to sign him so he can get paid knowing he doesn't have to do anything. Thanks Cooper.

Maxteds contract was for an "undisclosed amount of time". Id assume short term as everyone else signed around that period was short term or loan.

I wouldn't be fussed if we didn't have a sub keeper and just used youths on the bench then a loan deal if flinders got injured.

I think with better players around him Harewood could be useful to us. Austin and Bates could do a job for Harrogate Town or the like, and pick up a few hundred quid a week, they know that, thats why they dont give a fook

Do you know how far it is to Cardiff from Wrexham sctatchinghead
