Just had a look at the fixtures and obviously these are our next two games. These games could be huge. They are both sitting above us, I think 11 and 12 points ahead.

We also have to play them both again this season. So if we can take 12 points from all four games it is going go seriously bring them down towards the white that we are stuck in at the moment.

These two games really could be a turning point for the season. Someone has to replace us in the relegation zone and it could well be Oxford or Mansfield!

Lets just take it one game at a time, there is going to be a lot of twists and turns in the next few months and we can,t affect other teams fortunes except when we play them. This is a massive task to get out of and stay out of the bottom two this season starting on Saturday.

It's next season's game against Oldham I'm fretting about.

Anything we pick up between now and January 1st is a bonus after that hopefully the team becomes a decent one.

Nothing wrong with the sentiment, but it would be the new manager bounce to beat all new manager bounces if Pools managed 4 points from the next 2 games.

I'd be over the moon 'arry with a couple of draws.
