Anyhow. There's a game on Saturday. Carlisle are up for it - apparently they've got 700 fans coming over. Hopefully we are too - there was a good atmosphere last week with 500 odd Pompey fans in and Pools battled all the way and could have nicked it.

Same again tomorrow please, plus a few goals.

2-1 to Pools (Sweeney nailed on to score for them).

Last time me and the bairn came up to watch us play Carlisle we spanked them. Luke James was totally unplayable that day. I think we'll edge a win.

I think tomorrow will be horrific to watch. Pools to nick it 1-0 through a Charlie Wyke goal.

With Exeter winning again, 15 pts they have now, if we lose today to go bottom i cant see 2 teams worse than us. FFS it will take us till just before xmas to get 15 pts at our current rate.

Don't see where the goals will come from and we'll need at least 2 to win cos as sure as a post curry shit stinks, Sweens will score. It'll be a bit like Lampard scoring against Chelsea the other week.

this could be my last ever Pools match today......If we lose to nil, and are still as shit as before, and Cooper isn't sacked

I'm that close to being done with it all

I will come back when the fans and local businesses take over the club, when we are in the Conference/ Conference North/ Northern Premier League (delete as appropriate)

I may regain my enthusiasm for MY club again when I feel once again that the club does indeed belong to ME, and to my fellow supporters

Pools: Flinders, Duckworth, Harrison, Bates, Austin, Brobbel, Miller, Walker, Holden, Wyke, Harewood.
Subs: Woodman, Richards, Jones, Collins, Hawkins, Woods, Franks.

Carlisle United: Hanford, White, Archibald-Henville, Thirlwell, Grainger, Amoo, Potts, Dempsey, Brough, Beck, Rigg.
Subs: Caig, Dicker, Gillies, Symington, O'Hanlon, Paynter, Elliott.

Surely Woods is a better bet than playing a poor left back in a left midfield slot. Plus side no Sweeney for them.

2 shit sides. Holden poor and we need an midfielder who will influence the game and doing something unlike Walker.

Shit. Muster a bit of pressure and then let one in. Where are we going to get two from?

One of the two strikers we were signing last week?

In all seriousness: Cooper out. Get anyone in, literally any other manager past or present couldn't do a worse job.

Well I've given it a miss cos I'm full of cold & wasn't prepared to stand in the rain watching that shit.
That's me done now until Cooper walks or is sacked.

I wanted to predict 1-1........however I just knew it would be bloody awful. Something HAS to happen now, whether it be the manager taking the responsibility (because KH won't) or some other big announcement (?) something HAS to be done. We are now the most likely candidates for the drop on this 'form'.

This is shocking listening - we've given up. Carlisle are one of the sides we were hoping would be worse than us and they're rampant.

My prediction is that I'll be watching Dover v Hartlepool next season. I also predict that Hartlepool will never get back their football league status once the inevitable happens.

On the bright side, Hartlepool will be able to renew rivalry with Gateshead for a short while before the local derby with Darlington is revived (do Darlo still exist?).

Forest Green Rovers v Hartlepool ? Nailsworth, the home of the Green Devils has a population of under 7000 so the Pool will be reduced to playing a village team.
