Mr Fat,

Whats the tarrif for conspiracy to defraud. Sums involved were 1.2m. 4 people up in Leeds Crown Court starting this week for a trial lasting 6-8 weeks.

Ps: it involves VOSA - a government department.

Please tell me its lots!

Too many variables here to give an estimate. Was it a sophisticated fraud perpetrated over a period of time? Any beach of trust? Any precons? Without a guilty plea, I'd say, but I don't know enough to be certain, that you're looking at 6 years.
