Not bothered about Compton,we looked much better going forward on Saturday when Holden came on.

Holden barely touched the ball. He's always looked like a fish out of water when he's been tried on the left wing.

Mind he was probably still better than Compton was in his 40 odd minutes!

Can't say I'm a fan of Compton I'm afraid. Doesn't do enough to justify his place as fas as I'm concerned. The problem is, who else can play there? Holden just isn't a winger.....but at least he'll run all day and give his all which is more than can be said of Compton.

I agree Compton wasnt great last game but the only chances we get to score come through Brobbel or Compton (and Duckworth last game)

the problem here is...

Holden

Franks

Compton

Harewood

et etc.... they aren't very good are they? They aren't players who you say, " He will get us 15 goals this season, or will make the difference to getting us another 10 points this season"

If anything, the bunch of useless fuckers will give exactly those points and goals to the opposition by being so impotent in the attacking half of the field, because they are unable to cancel out any strikes by the opposition.... even a draw in this situation would be decent

Holden doubles up by being the cause of at least one goal conceded every game when he plays left back

He isn't good enough, and never will be

We have half a team of players who prefer to play hide and seek.
I feel sorry for good pro's like Tommy Miller who have to try and play football with that lot.
