 Post subject: Variation of pannaccalti recipe

Last week I was about to cook pannaccalti in the usual way - onions, sliced taties, corned dog and gravy, when our lass came in from the allotment with two nice fat leeks.

So I chopped them up and fried at the same time as the onions. Very nice it was too. I'd recommend it to anyone. They kind of added to the overall flavour, without taking anything away from the tatie/gravy/corned beefy taste.

Ingredients:
Slabs of potato
Gravy
Carrot
Onion
Corned Beef
Peppers
and, trust me on this... a sachet of black bean sauce. You really won't believe how good it makes it taste
