Didn't mention a fee.

One thing though... if it was agreed last night and he signed earlier today, why does another team's chairman have to tell us? Where's the story on our website?

Where's the bids from us for other players?

Maybe Ken asked Peterbrough to not mention it was signed last night?

Ken wanted it last minute again and loads of Vat that will cripple us.

If you paid a million or more for a lightweight kid that hasn't scored in ages then well played. Lets hope he shows a better attitude for you than he has done for us, though somehow I doubt it.

Here fucking here. He's been pretty poor in his last 15 games for the club, the ones where he wasn't injured.

If true, the silence on this from the club is unreal. Confirms we have absolutely no ambition whatsoever (in my opinion).

Kh CC and RG it's like amateur hour, we don't know how business works in this game if the alleged promises etc where met we could have had this done ages ago and got a good replacement.

I say fair play to James and good luck we are a pin pot run club

Ken - "Please don't tell everyone how much you paid"

Darragh - "Can't promise that i'm afraid"

Ken - "Aww hawayy Darragh"

Darragh - "Let me announce it live on TV 80 mins before the window shuts, 12 hours after the deal was agreed and i wont tell anyone the fee"

Ken - "Aww that makes us look daft though"

Darragh - "It's this or nothing i'm afraid Kenneth"

Ken - "Aww go on then, i hate you Darragh you're proper nasty"

Darragh - "Soz Ken, here is the inital payment of £20, i'll sort the rest out later mate"

A few points...

1. Why oh why are we letting Peterborough's chairman announce it on BT Sport? Was that part of the deal? Why are we come to arrangements to pander to a egomaniac?

2. We have one striker who is under contract - Marlon Harewood (aged 35) and Charlie Wykes on a months loan. That is simply not suffice. We HAVE to sign a striker. No questions asked. In fact we need to sign two strikers. If we don't sign a striker at all, major questions must be asked. Even if we signed a journeyman striker on a free, it's better than nothing. Teams that don't have strikers struggle to score and get relegated. What if Wykes or Harewood get injured? What if Wykes doesn't get his month's loan renewed? Is there a recall option?

By the time I click submit, I am hoping a transfer deal for us to sign a striker will be announced. I am not holding my breath though.

Well thank fuck for that. Can we talk about something else now?
Luke James has often flattered to deceive IMHO, and I'm not that bothered he's gone.
What I certainly AM bothered about is the silence from HUFC, and the way the whole saga has played out.

If this is true then why on earth Havnt we bought anyone. Disgraceful from the club.

I repeat what I said IOR OUT

Ken wants it announced last minute again. Complete Fukn joke.

As for James attitude it was pretty exemplary until 2 weeks ago.

Good luck to him, quite gutted its ended like this as I massively rate the lad. Like everyone else I don't know what's went on behind the scenes. I have my views but the club will make post number 2 and threaten me no doubt if I air them.

We've turned into a shambles and ior are getting every last penny out of us they can....... For themselves.

1 million a year..... Well aye!

I hope that if they have sent two young uns up here, they will be man enough to deal with it. They won't have had a choice in the matter clearly.

Let's hope if that's what has happened, then they will make a name for themselves here
