Ah. So what

No worse off than before last nights game except that there's now 3 less points to play for.

Nah, Wycombe and Shrewsbury could have still got past us, but not after today's results, anyway who cares now. Lets just count off the teams until we are Hartlepool (P) in those league tables

Fair play to the Saddlers for coming back - didn't sound like they played particularly well, but it's the result thta counts.

Rochdale 2-0 Lincoln - two goals in the last two minutes, the Dale are an odd side.

So as it stands
We're still 5 clear of Walsall
We've gained a point on 4th (9 points ahead of MK Dons)

I may be being greedy here but I want Hartlepool to be the first team in the land this season with (P) against their name.

Our equaliser was a hotly disputed penalty as Martin Butler got scythed down in the corner of the peno area. Dean Keates lashed the ball beyond the keeper.
The winning goal was a three touch affair in the 6 yard box, Hector Sam nudged on the ball for Martin Butler to arc a dipping flick up and over the despairing keeper, the ball just dropping in below the bar and sending partizan crowd into raptures of joy. Accrington were crestfallen and did nothing to get back into the game.

A victory worthy of CHAMPIONS!

It is not over.....
