La Cala training camp

So Pools are off to southern Spain for a training camp in July. First thought was that it might be a bit warm but then I thought excellent plan by Cooper. Early week in high temperatures to sweat the beer out and get some weight off. Clearly means business.

I dont think professional sportsmen drink that much these days.

Or if they do, they wont stay professional for long.

Cooper said we have the state of the art facility because we are back training before everyone else.

Wouldn't it best for your lads to go to some sort of boot camp in the hills . ?
