24 is back on Wednesday. Can't wait. Started to watch this last November and did all 8 series by January. It took over my life. Over Xmas a watched 15 16 and then 17 episodes in 3 days. Brilliant show and up there with the best iv ever seen.

2 episodes on Wednesday to start it off. Sadly only 12 in this series like but 12 is better than none. Hopefully series 10 won't be far behind

I watched the first season last year n I thought it looked very dated n poor in comparison to other shows that are out right now.

I haven't the second season but no motivation to put it on

Quality series. Yes, at times it is ridiculously over the top, but for sheer entertainment few series match it.

Is each serious really a full 24 hours or something?

In which case do you see him going to the toilet and eating his tea etc?

Yeah the time runs during adverts aswell. each series is set over a 24 hour period. There's generally 4 scenes happening at the same time and they rotate so when he goes for a shite its not shown. Hope this helps

So in the 24 hour time frame does much happen thats worth watching for the 8 hours when everyone is asleep?

I talked out lass into watching 24. We got to day 6 I think and she started to lose interest. I want to watch the latest series but there is no point until I've convinced her to watch all of 6, 7 and 8. We got obsessed with breaking bad which was superior to 24 imo.
