so you'd be happy if a [Pools player was missing so he could play in a friendly for Gibraltar?

You can not possibly be wired up correctly!!!

fair point

Having said that, I nominate this thread as the most hypothetical exchange of words on the Bunker so far today

In the hypothetical stakes it's right up there with.... ' YOU murdered my family and I'm really annoyed..... even though you haven't '

He was called up but picked up an injury during the play offs.

He got called up during our play off semi finals with brizzle, if we'd made the final he would of had to pull out, he pulled out anyway due to injury.

Styche - on-loan at Wycombe from Forest Green . If it was Williams / Barmby for meaningless U whatever age England friendly, would you be of same opinion. Point is maybe Wycombe should have made sure they're weren't loaning players who could be called up even on their grandmothers side,

no, I would not be happy

Cos international football is the most unimportant ridiculous notion for competitions in the modern game

I would terminate it , and as much as it would piss a lot of people off on here, that is my unfairness for today..... and the loss of it you would all have to deal with

BUT luckily for those who like it, that is also hypothetical as I am unable to ban international football as things stand

Id be fuming if Williams had to miss our game for that load of shite.

The fact they have a player playing who has retired from club football says it all.

Interesting to see Walker was in stand by for England u18s but Cooper said he was in the first team plans so wasn't available.
