He should have been sent off seconds before he was subbed. To call there captain over to have a word is just wrong. There captain dosnt decide what a yellow card is. Pathetic refereeing.

I said exactly the same.... ref was spineless

They got used to the mindset that they could halt every break from defence because there was no cards given

The first time we did it on the half way line with men covering, he dished out a yellow!! No wonder Cooper went ballistic

Ref was a 'lovely lovely person'

What you reckon then Sunderland test the water with a 500k bid plus add ons?

We may aswell sell him for 50 quid for the difference it'll make the team as the money will more than likely not get re invested in the team.

That incident completely pissed me off yesterday. Pools had a breakaway after a Rochdale corner (I think) and had a potential 4 on 3. Horgan blatantly tripped our player and a free kick is given with no card. Horgan stands in front of the ball. By the time the kick is taken they had all 11 men behind the ball. The fu£&ing useless ref totally oblivious to the way he had contributed in exactly the way Rochdale wanted him to.

How can you even compare a ball playing central midfielder and a cultured centre back?

It's hardly going to be a choice of one or the other is it?
