Good if you're wanting to lose weight quickly, bad if you want to gain anything of note. Just remember to eat properly!

My brother and sister-in-law have been doing it for a while now. Seems to have worked for them, and they got used to it. I, on the other hand, am just getting fatter and happier!

times change dibble, just 'going for a run' is fine for some, but interval training, which insanity is, has been proven to work better.

Get with the times.

insanity is quality once you get into it. If you think it's hard now wait till you get to the "max" sessions, you'll literally we swearing at the tele. I got right to the end of the 60 days then fooked my ankle in. It's very high impact like.

but yeah it's only decent to lose weight really, unless you eat the right gear.
