What a day for Hartlepool United to re-write the record books and just the day to do it WITH STYLE.

We have brought you a selection of photographs that show our wonderful day out against our near neighbours Darlington..... Bless them, they did talk a good game after all!

Just click on the link below now to see the pics or go through the home page and click Pools Today or on the link in the summary for the game.

Good photos as always Frank. Especially liked the ones of Dimis early save, the one of Danny Wilson and Ritchie - looks like he was having a go at him and the diving headed clearance. Oh and the ones of the crowd are usually entertaining.

Yea now that his shop is Closing Down, he is on his Phone to his agent telling him his boots are ok and that he might still make it into the football league as a player with Darlo to teach the boys how to play football against MEN. Just like he does on a sunday morning....... :uhoh: :uhoh: :uhoh:

We were laughing our heads off at the double decker and waved at it as we were going past Dalton Lodge, it was pretty funny until we got to just within half a mile of the Darlo ground and 2 lads on our bus decided in their wisdom to have a pi ss stop banghead rage ....your bus passed ours and the people on your bus were waving at us and laughing.

We lost the bobbies escort and ended up getting there 5 minutes after everyone else
