I was in Lidl earlier and the woman in front of me managed to spend nearly 80 quid! How do you manage that in Lidl?

I had a look at whay was in her trolley, and apart from a dozen bottles of wine, there was no pressure washer or anything else big to bump the total up.

Not that I would spend £80 on wine, like, but it works out at about £6 a bottle which is reasonabule.

PS what's limoncello?

Lidl is fucking dangerous. I went in there to buy some fancy German biscuits and came out with a computer printer, a rechargeable, enormous flashilight and a pair of safety boots. 42 bar gone.....

Aldi and Lidl both give me the creeps. They're both unnaturally silent however many people are in them, like those abandoned caverns in Doctor Who, where aliens are hiding just around the corner.
I prefer the mad spontaneity of Morrison's myself.
