have heard some bad tales of business ppl being asked for donations and threatened with being named and shamed on FB if they dont

On a similar note I went to Boro shopping the other day and there was two Pudseys, shaking their buckets like mad everytime we walked past. Now a Darlo fan may be able to advise on this but didnt they bring some rule out where by your not allowed to shake a bucket or something or am I going mad?

Not saying ur not genuine. But allegedly wentvinto a shop.on.north rd snd suggested if the shop owner didn't help he would be outed on fb

You may have that the wrong way round. Previously you could rattle to let people know that you were collecting but you weren't allowed to actually approach people and ask them to donate. May have changed but sure that was how it was. The tins/buckets though do have to be secure/tamper proof and you need a licence.
