Just been having a look on Bet 365, Luke James quite correctly favourite to score first tonight at 5/1, but Howard fifth in the betting at 15/2 ?? Monkhouse 12/1and Walton, who seems to have taken over the penalty duties, at 20/1 appear to be the best value. They've even got Greg Rutherford priced at 17/2, work the logic of that one out if you can.

The bookies don't really base it on who has been playing.

Howard is a striker, monkhouse and Walton etc aren't. They wouldn't price Howard up at say 14/1 because if for some reason he did play, it would be a ridiculous price for a striker, even though he is unlikely to play or score
