I'll be listening, as usual. Except I've got to catch a bus at 2pm so will miss the 2nd half - got to dig out me phone manual to work out how you get the scores on the phone confised

If you're in the Pools chat room and you give me your number I can always drop you a text or two, if needed

It's not bad as commentary goes, kind of homespun and therefore lacking any superlatives. Just a straightforward report.

Mr Simpson, usually gets very excited, but at least you are kept up to date with the action.
It won't happen today, but I find on the Saturday games, there is an annoying time lag between Pools World and the Sky scores facllity.
Quite often the Pools World commentary is still going on, when the full time score appears on the Sky 'teleprinter' or whatever the electronic version is called.

i always enjoy the commentary - even when there are gaps and you can hear lots of noise and youre thinking "get on with it then!" - i always assume he's censoring what is going through his head so that the expletives don't upset the family audiences!

we've only been subscribing since christmas but we've had a few cracking afternoons/nights tucked away in 'the passage' where the computer is - the littlun gets really arsey with me when he has to go to bed when the night matches are on
