It's time for anonymity for both the accused and accuser.If the accused is found guilty he/she named. He's innocent but mud sticks. The accuser has life time anonymity.

Have to disagree with that, Chrissy. A not guilty verdict doesn't always mean that the accuser has lied. If you charge one due to a not guilty verdict coming in then that means you'd have to charge all accusers if not guilty returned. Meaning some victims may not come forward. I stick by he shouldn't have been named

If the circumstances involve blackmail then the accuser should be tried (and named) the same way.

Agreed why do we name the accused before they are found guilty? Whether found guilty or not there will always be some doubt in some quarters.

Would imagine Michael Le Vell will sell his story to the papers, write a book, appear on This morning and go back to Coronation Street.
