Fingers crossed, as said in the other thread, the Mail said he was training yesterday so pretty conclusive proof he aint been there.

He certainly doesn't feature in any of the video footage on Pools player. It would be nice if the wendies have been paying his wages over the summer.

I haven't wanted someone to be released as much since Deadrie Barlow.

The Mail said he was at pre season training which pretty much guarantees he's not even in the country.

Strange one, turns up for meeting but doesn't go to training? Maybe those rumours tht he doesn't bother training are true?

Could be a mountain out of a mole hill- sounds terrible but could Howard be carrying a knock and turned up to the meeting, but was unable to train? Obviously we are going to jump to the conclusion Howard has a shit attitude and didn't bother training?
Could end up like Solano? leaves club under a cloud and charged with gross misconduct?
Whatever way, the sooner we get Howard off the wage bill the better-for a 37 year old experienced pro he appears to be behaving like a petulant child?
Would like Howard to have his say.

Suppose whether he goes to holland will say a lot.

May well have a knock but would have thought they would have reported that if so?

All I want to hear him say is goodbye. That'll do nicely.

He's said enough and he's made his position pretty fooking clear.

He spoke like relegation was nowt to do with him, like he barely played his part, only 30 games n about 3 goals stevie!

When I saw the title of this thread I thought Howard Absent was a promising Borer starlet we had offered a trial to.

Haven't Pools still got a court case with Solano? Or has that been concluded now

The one thing you want from a player is commitment ......... all I saw was indifference and reluctance.
