Straight back down and holloway sacked/resigns in a few months would be ideal and is likely scenario.

Holloway nearly kept Blackpool up, easily a worse side than his current Crystal Palace one. Sounder financial footing too. Don't rule them out.

I quite liked Holloway until he ended up in the Premiership with Blackpool since then he's been a bit of cock who believes in his own hype. Very much in the Phil Brown/Sam Allardyce envelope.

Nice pic! :-D

Mind you, nearly June and it's still snowing in London.

Quite right. I used to like his patter when he was outside the Premiershit, but he became a bit arrogant when Blackpool started off well.

I imagine Sky and Match of the Day will be creaming themselves at the thought of another 'character' to quote, along with Di Canio and all the other 'controversial' ones.

Wouldn't you if you were a little team like Blackpool boshing the big boys. :uhoh:

Give me the job and I'll see how I get on!

He probably started seeing himself on the telly for the first time, and got to like the sound of his own voice. Seemed less natural and more calculated. Happens to the best of them I suppose.

It's another Rupertism. They have to do an interview after the game and they have to say something. When you've just been canned 6-0 and some media student says 'well, Ian, how do you think that went?' you might want to twat him but you have to reply. Like Gordon Strachan, you might ramble bizzare rubbish, but you've done what you have to.
