Anybody heading towards Billingham Town Centre, The Causeway is currently blocked, car accident with firemen working on one car cutting out occupant(s), just in front of Forum car park.

People cut out of a car after an accident and some people put up a rage because of glass on the road. Maybe the police and firefighters who were at the incident were called to something else. And of course the council have an emergency service vehicle that comes out under blue lights to clear glass....NOT.... they could been there seconds after you drove past you'll never know. Or maybe the O.I.C. of the fire service should had his men sweeping the road clear of glass instead cutting people out. it glass big deal. Why not contact some solicitor they'll probably sue someone for the damage your wheels may have sustained driving over the glass. While your putting up rage for glass just maybe the police officer who was at the incident had gone off to knock on someone's door to give them bad news. But you get rage over some glass on the road

No sign of the glass this morning, apart from a little along the edge of the central reservation. It is important to clear the scene after accidents, but pretty low in the order of priorities.

I will protest if this interrupted the lads game of pool or they missed the second half of Coronation Street.
