a genius as the program said he was on BBC4 last night,David Bowie.Liked his music up till 1981 and having watched him last night will go out and buy his new album

I don't think he's a genius. In fact I think he comes over as a bit of a thicket.
Great musician though.

Mixed feelings like.He's been brilliant and also very ordinary. Diamond Dogs was superb.

He was at Phoenix Festival years ago and he had these huge inflatable eyeballs on the stage. One got free and floated off and when a woman in Leamington Spa opened her curtains next day, she shat herself. :laugh:

I can listen to most of his stuff, actually - exceptions being made for Laughing Gnomes, Baal and the awful Tin Machine cack of the late 80's.

Never liked him and would rather stick a toothpick down me japs eye, which I may add is painful unless you keep it straight :shock:
