We have 6 games left and are as good as down, why play a striker we have on loan over one of our own?

Give the lad a run in the team over the next 6 games.

He's just won an award and scored 3 goals in the ressies so he'll be buzzing... Until now of course.

I've argued long and hard that Hughes deserves a proper chance before people start hurling abuse at him and I'll keep saying that uintil he's had a proper chance to make changes in the summer. I can't work out the reasoning behind not picking James though.

That's more of a reason for the reasoning though. Still doesn't tell me what the reasoning is but I think that might be impossible.

It is at best radged.

To to be fair it was only a 26 minute hat trick in the reserves while the first team have been so free scoring you've really got to do more to force a start.

Maybe he's not sure which 26 minutes to play him. Remember he's also got to bring Rutherford on because he scored too and he split the atom.

James should have started yesterday because Charlie wyke is fucking shite. He can't jump, he can't head a ball, piss poor at shooting and is slow for a young lad. He offers us fuck all. The problem with James is that we play the wrong style of football to suit him. We hoof it long constantly and unless he is being marked by Warwick Davis the lad is always going to struggle. I just want the season over now to allow us to get ready for next season
