"Buyer Jed McCrory is keen to land Brian Stein and Mike Newell as the new management team after the pair worked together at Luton."

Be interesting if somehow this happens before Saturday

"Newell has been out of the game since a spell at Hartlepool but is keen to return."

Unbelievable (or is it?) that a national newspaper employs a sports journalist who knows fook all about football and can't even be arsed to check his facts on Wikepedia. The only miracle is he knew about Newell's Hartlepool connection.

Di Canio also linked with Huddersfield, they still have a decent team though and going to be tough on Saturday.

From Blackpool's official site, Billy Davies was talking to them, but decided to 'take another opportunity' that he's been offered. I'd guess that was Forest. DiCanio has said he's not talking to the board because of all the 'lies,' which are strong words so I bet he's not there much longer.

Nicked a 1-0 win last night like.
