when i used to eat meat, bacon had to be alomst charcoaled and yeah butter and brown sauce and cheese on occassion------tempted----nah - where's the tofu?

Stottie bun from Mary Lamberts with primula cheese spread on.
Bacon fried but not crispy,fried mushrooms & a spoonfull of chopped tomatoes.
No need for sauce.

3 rashers of bacon, one Tesco's bakery ciabatta, a healthy garnish of HP Sauce, job's a good'n.

Butter is foul on bacon sarnies. I'll only take exception if I'm hungover. I never eat butter on sandwiches though, only toast and crumpets.

Question is... when cooking bacon... grilled or fried?

Bacon like Chuddy with lashings and lashings of Tomato Sauce in shit bread but warmed in a microwave with no butter but dribble a bit of fat from the frying pan onto the bread or better still....dip the bread into the pan!!!! :sweeeet: :sweeeet: :sweeeet: :sweeeet:
