help with Avatar

I have one I want to use but it is bigger than I am allowed!!!!!!!!!!

How do I do it!!!!!!

I normally open it up on my photo editor and then resize by the pixel settings. then host via imageshack, get the web address and then add it to your profile.

other than that ask the kids when they come in from school :uhoh:

I just use Paint, open your image in paint select image from the top options then the stretch/skew option then all you do is change the two 100% figures to something like 70%
